Who can access my call recordings?
Anyone who has access to the contact level information in your hubspot will have access to the call recordings.
Are the incoming calls on virtual number also logged into Hubspot?
Yes, both the outgoing and incoming calls are logged in Hubspot.
Who can use the Hubspot integration?
Anyone can use who has an account in Hubspot and FreJun can use FreJun’s Hubspot integration.
How can I get call analytics from my team?
Call analytics are available only to the admin and Super admin of the account. Daily call analytics are emailed to the admins of the account.
