Overview

Integrating FreJun with Microsoft Dynamics 365 lets you sync your communication data with your Dynamics records seamlessly, so every interaction is logged for future reference and analysis.

Once connected, every call you make through FreJun is automatically logged in Microsoft Dynamics 365 – including the call recording URL and AI-generated transcript – no manual data entry required. A Chrome extension also adds Click-to-Call directly on Dynamics 365 pages, so your team can dial numbers without copying and pasting them into a separate dialer.

How to Integrate

Prerequisites

Before proceeding with the integration, make sure you have:

• A Microsoft Dynamics 365 account (Sales module)
• A FreJun account
• The FreJun Chrome Extension installed

Note: The integration is organization-based – only the super admin needs to configure it once, and it’s then enabled for every user under that organization.

Step 1: Create a FreJun Account (If you already have a FreJun account, skip this step.)

• Visit the FreJun website and sign up for an account.
• After registering, you’ll receive login credentials that give you access to the FreJun dashboard.

Step 2: Authentication Process

• Navigate to Settings → Integrations.
• Click on the Connect button. (Note: while the super admin typically sets this up, disconnecting the integration afterward isn’t restricted to the super admin – anyone with the appropriate permission level can do it.)
• Microsoft Dynamics will request the necessary permissions to link both systems. Click Allow to grant access.
• A login screen will appear if you’re not already logged in to your Microsoft Dynamics account. Enter your credentials and proceed with the authorization.

That’s it – now, whenever you make a call from FreJun, it will be logged into Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Step 3: Chrome Extension Integration

• Install the FreJun Chrome Extension from the Chrome Web Store.
• Log in to the extension using your FreJun credentials.
• Once done, a Click-to-Call button will be added next to phone numbers on Microsoft Dynamics 365 pages.
• Use this button to make calls directly from Dynamics without copying and pasting numbers into the dialer.
