What does the person on the other end actually experience?
Their phone rings. When they pick up, they hear your pre-recorded message. If it's a questionnaire, they're asked to press a key to respond. No live agent, no hold time.
What happens to contacts who don't answer?
They're marked as not reached. If you've turned on retry, the system calls them again automatically after a gap you choose.
How do I know who received the message and who didn't?
The results page shows delivery status for every contact on your list. You can filter by who received the call, who didn't answer, and who couldn't be reached , and download the full report.
Can I collect responses, or is it one-way only?
Both. You can send a one-way message or ask a question and collect keypad responses. Each contact's answer is recorded automatically.
